When our dryer suddenly quit, we contacted Mr. Appliance. The receptionist was extremely helpful, understanding, and efficient. We had a fantastic technician (Johnathan) at our home the following day and he diagnosed the issue within minutes. But he still stayed and waited to double-check that he was right before leaving. The service was prompt, with great communication start to finish. Reasonably priced and up front about everything since the beginning. We would highly recommend them and will use them again if other appliances break down!
